You introduce yourself as a millionaire heir. In fact, you are a secret assistant of magician Amadeus. And it was you who involuntarily killed Engineer Garin.
“Monster.” You are the result of Dr. Stern's experiment. The doctor created you a year ago from dead body parts and revived you with electricity. You are loyal to the doctor. Earlier, Stern created another human, but he was ungrateful and escaped. You are tasked with returning him to Stern's castle in the Swiss mountains - or kill him. You have found the escapee - he calls himself Dassin. A couple of months ago, you sent him a letter from Stern asking him to return, but he went into hiding. So you decided to kill him. Like Dassin, you're covered in scars from Stern's operations. But you hide them because people are afraid of “monsters”. If the world finds out about Stern's experiments, you'll be destroyed.
Assistant. You were hired as an assistant to Amadeus, knowing that Dassin would be on Engineer Garin's airship. Amadeus bought you a ticket. Under the terms of the contract, you make up tricks for Amadeus and keep quiet about it. Otherwise, you have to pay a large sum of money.
When Engineer Garin showed you the electrical schematics of the airship, you realized that there is a secret door to the starboard side of the library. The secret door is held in place by electromagnets. But if you press the secret button on the starboard side, the current stops flowing and the door can be pushed open. The door is the same thickness as the walls, it's undetectable by tapping. Then you figured out how to kill Dassin.
You gave Amadeus the idea for the locked-room trick and told him to get Dassin. You secretly connected the chair in the library to the airship's power grid and installed a switch on the port side. If you lower the switch, the electricity goes to the chair and it becomes a killing machine. If you raise the switch, the electricity stops flowing and the chair is safe. For bait, you put Dassin's favorite book in the chair, Freud's “The Interpretation of Dreams”

At 15.30:
You looked out of your quarters and saw Satuola emerge from Engineer Garin's quarters. He was looking around suspiciously and hiding something in his pocket. He didn't see you.
17.00–17.10:
You and Dassin went to the starboard side. Dassin entered the library, switched places with Amadeus, and handed him a distinctive orange scarf.
17.10–17.20:
Amadeus headed for the salon, you walked quickly to the port side. You lowered the switch - the chair in the library was energized.
At 17.21
You quickly made your way to the salon and made it before the lights went out. There were Lupin, Satuola, Dowel, Flagg, Clémont in the salon. Amadeus was sitting in a dark corner, covering his face with an orange scarf.
17.22–17.30:
You went to the port side again. There was no one there. You raised the switch - the current stopped flowing to the chair in the library.
At exactly 17.30
in the salon, Amadeus announced that Dassin was in the locked library. But suddenly, Gabriel declared that he had replaced Dassin with Engineer Garin. They did indeed find Engineer Garin in the library. Dead.
We should try to kill Dassin again or find out what he's planning. The only weapon on board is Engineer Garin's prototype beam cannon. It should be in the safe along with the airship's electrical diagram. Or... what was Satuola hiding when he left the engineer's quarters?
If Garin's killer isn't identified before we get to Paris, the authorities will start digging into every passenger's past. They'll find out Stern created you, and you're screwed. You need to accuse someone else of the murder. If you're exposed, you have to convince everyone not to turn you in to the police. If everyone testifies that Garin had an accident, there will be no investigation.
The power surge caused by the electric chair affected the navigational instruments. The airship is off its course. You can fly the dirigible if you get the electrical schematic. The electrician will know from the diagram that the switch was not moved while the lights were off. You need to give yourself an alibi in advance - say you were in your cabin. You seek approval of your actions from others - out of habit.
When examining the crime scene, you can say that the chair is electrified and the wires are hidden in the chair leg. But you can't say where the switch that turns it on is.

GOALS:
To frame someone as a murderer or to pass off Garin's death as an accident - to avoid being accused of murder yourself.
To kill Dassin with a beam cannon, or to find out where he's headed after landing in Paris. You can also talk him into returning to Dr. Stern.
To hide that you and Dassin are the result of Stern's experiments.
